Dear Friends,

Jorge and I have a long history in Nicaragua. We love it here. We want everyone to see what a vibrant, friendly and beautiful country it is. So when we decided to develop Montecristo, we knew it had to be the finest seaside community on the Nicaraguan coast.

First, we found an absolutely stunning location - 1000 acres of the most breathtaking coastline you can imagine. From spectacular cliffs and volcanic sand beaches to dense forests and magnificent mountains, this site had it all.

Then, we carefully selected architects and builders we knew would use the land to its best advantage, letting the natural beauty influence their designs and structures to strike a perfect harmony. Gary Hoopes of Reece, Hoopes and Fincher Land Planners and Gabriel Urcuyo of Urcuyo-Hernandez Associados have met the challenge masterfully.

Finally we conceived four neighborhoods, each with its own characteristic flair, to draw in people from many backgrounds and walks of life. From the beachfront condos of Costa Azul to the custom estate homes of Cielos, there's something for every lifestyle.
