Casitas at Costa Azul We're excited to offer a new 'Casita Community' within the Costa Azul beachfront neighborhood. The location for this new cluster of casitas is spectacular, right on the beach front with a private common area and pool next to the Beach Club. Step out of the casitas onto the sand, or a few steps in the other direction, is the Montecristo Golf Club - a 7,060-yd, par-71 course designed by Mike Young Designs. The response to this new release has been fantastic. We're beginning construction and the casita cluster will be a fully turn-key, maintained sub-community that will have a functioning rental pool quickly. 
The 'Casita Los Pajaros' masterplan at Costa Azul The casitas are carefully landscaped for privacy and on their own deeded (fee simple) home sites. The designs include a pool with a seat and jacuzzi sprays, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, doors and trims, kitchen bar seating with overhead glass tray and come standard with appliances, full furniture and soft goods packages and a golf cart - completely ready to enjoy. The 'Casita Community' is separated by a walkway and hedges for a 'buffer zone' from the club house and restaurant in the Beach Club at the south corner of Costa Azul. There are 3 different casita models available. One level 2 bed-2 bath beachfront casitas in the front row (#4-8 on the masterplan), 2 level casitas with 2 bed-2 bath behind them that still offer a view of the beach (#1,2,3 on the plan), and 1 bedroom mini-casitas (#13 & 14).
