Recent Progress All electricity and water is underground and to each lot in Cumbres. Roads are being paved with adoquin block pavers and will be completed within 3 months. Drainage system is in place. A guest house is under construction, several homes are breaking ground and in construction. The Castillo, 18 hole championship golf course and all amenities in Costa Azul will commence construction soon! |
