New turnkey casitas available at Montecristo - now with financing

Over the last few months, we've worked with our architects and interior designers to come up with something quite unique. A new release of single family homes - or casitas - with romantic floor-plans, splash pools and an extreme attention to detail in the finishing.

The casitas are a twist on our lot/home packages. We wanted to offer a no-hassle, turnkey experience for a great price. Just select your site and floor plan and in 3-4 months we'll hand over the key. You'll be able enjoy your house right away or put it into our rental pool.

Choose from different sites at Montecristo

We've hand-picked several sites for the casitas - on a hill in bestselling Cumbres, nestled between the golf course and the ocean at Costa Azul and steps away from the town center at Valle del Mar. Choose from a location right on the beach, a site with a view of the bay and crashing waves or a green valley vista.

All our casitas will include a pool with a seat and jacuzzi sprays, granite kitchen countertops, solid wood cabinets, doors and trims, kitchen bar seating with overhead glass tray and all come standard with appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, stacking washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, Bose surround sound system, DVD players and split air conditioners).

Three floor-plans are available - from 931 sq ft. one bedroom to a 1,270 sq ft. model with two beds and two baths. The casitas are carefully landscaped for privacy and sit on their own deeded (fee simple) home sites. We're breaking ground on three casitas in the next few weeks and only have a few sites remaining.

Once you study the detail of what we're offering, you'll see that we're building a great deal of value into these new casita packages. The casita purchase price includes closing costs, recording fees, policy with First American Title Insurance and a full golf membership in our 18 hole Mike Young designed golf course and the Montecristo Golf Club.
