The word most often applied to the Montecristo site is ”magnificent.“ The 1,000 acre development is unique as it sits on an expansive terrain of increasingly high rolling hills. Almost every lot affords a spectacular view of the ocean. The coast varies from rocky cliffs to sandy beach, the surf from crashing waves to soft swells inviting swimmers.
