Rental Management

This service includes:

• Advertising
• Key holding
• Cleaning before and after the rental
• Beginning and Ending Inventory
• Weekly cleaning for your tenants
• Reservation taking and communicating with the clients
• Confirm rental and acquire the rental deposit
• Collection of Damage Deposit at check-in
• Meeting, greeting, and showing client rental property
• Checking the Home and Inventory before and after each client
• Collection of Rental check
• Releasing of Damage deposit to Client or hold for damages or replacements
• Dispersing commissions for referrals to any third party (paid by home owner)

Rental management fees are 30% of the rental for those using our monthly property management services.
