CasaEscapes, our vacation rental program, is designed to effectively market and rent your property in order to maximize the return on your investment.
CasaEscapes takes care of:
- Marketing the property through advertising in magazines, newspapers, Web ads, signage and through our own and third-party vacation rental sites
- Maintaining a guest management rental calendar
- Renter 'meet and greet' at your property
- CasaConcierge services while they are in Montecristo and Nicaragua
- Daily maid service while rented
- Laundering the linens (including bed sheets and pillowcases but not blankets and bedcovers), bath linens (bath towels, face cloths and hand towels) and kitchen linens (dish cloths and dish towels)
- Dry goods: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, and plastic trash bags
- Concierge services
- Collecting advance deposits and rents
- Processing e-check or credit card payments
- Updating and maintaining the individual home's reference guide for renters which contains specific information about that particular property (how things work, where things are located), as well as information about Montecristo, shopping, restaurants, beaches, transportation, activities and excursions (horseback riding, sport fishing, golf etc.)
- A welcome gift, courtesy of CasaEscapes, including, but not limited to, a starter kit of toiletries, coffee and tea, dish soap and laundry detergent
- Inspecting and taking inventory of the property upon check-out
As a homeowner you will be able to:
- Check availability and reserve your property for yourself online
- Log into your own financial reports
- Receive monthly deposits of your net income
Rental management fees are 35 % of the rental income.
